Who we are
Prominence Care Services provides person-centred care for individuals living with mental health distress, learning difficulties and other complex residential care activities not elsewhere classified.
Our Supported Living Service provides housing and care with a qualified nursing practice to ensure that the full needs of the person using the service are met.
Our Services consist of purpose-built accommodation that offers various levels of care and support to suit different needs.
Our goal is to support the individuals under our service in maintaining their independence and quality of life as much as possible.
We provide 24-hour support to ensure safe care delivery at all times at all our housing facilities and the care that the people receive is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
